Refund Policy

At Sol Spirit SA, we take pride in crafting high-quality, handmade gifts — many of which include fragile materials like glass. While we do our best to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, we understand that issues can occasionally occur.

 

1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

  • The damaged item

  • The packaging it arrived in

✅ We will gladly replace the damaged item.
🚚 Shipping costs for the replacement are the client’s responsibility, unless the damage was due to an error on our part or due to our shipping partners negligence.

 

2. Refunds

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

  • Custom/personalised orders

Refunds will only be considered if:

  • A product is defective and cannot be replaced, or

  • An incorrect item was delivered due to our error

All refund requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order by contacting us at solspirit2024@gmail.com and refunds will take up to 14 days to process.

 

3. Custom & Personalised Gifts

Due to the personalised nature of many of our products, refunds or returns are not possible for:

  • Custom orders

  • Personalised gifts
    Unless they are damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

 

4. Legal Compliance

This Refund Policy is in line with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), Act 68 of 2008, and respects your rights as a South African consumer. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
